On the 26th of September, 2023, Can Tho University celebrated a graduation ceremony for the Master Program in Food Technology in a solemn and meaningful atmosphere for students from the Philippines, Zimbabwe, Tanzania, and Vietnam.
The Master's program in Food Technology has been constructed based on collaboration between Flemish and Vietnamese institutions, including Universiteit Gent, Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, Can Tho University, Nha Trang University, Hue University, and Vietnam National University of Agriculture under the framework of VLIR network project. The teaching staff are professors from partnered universities, with English as the language of instruction in the program.

We sincerely appreciate VLIR-UOS's financial support to generate and develop this MSc program; without the substantial support from VLIR-UOS, this training program would not have existed. Also, thank all professors and staff from Can Tho University and the VLIR-Network partners, including Vietnam National University of Agriculture, Hue University, and Nha Trang University, for their tremendous support and contribution to the program's success.
The students had a chance to reflect on the journey of 2 years with valuable and practical knowledge, many meaningful stories, training activities, and lovely journeys. Thanks so much for choosing the Master Program in Food Technology as the companion to begin the new pathway in the following itineraries. Hopefully, these valuable moments, teachers, and friends will be beautiful memories together to conquer novel stages in life successfully.
