Educational objectives

 

The Doctoral Training Program in Food Technology aims to train highly qualified PhDs in theoretical and practical competencies, in-depth research-oriented, capable of working independently, creatively and organizing research in the field of Food Technology as well as related fields (food science,  food engineering, food safety and hygiene and post-harvest technology), capable of detecting, solving problems and applying new and advanced technologies in the field of food, in line with educational goals, with the vision and mission of the University, Faculty, the demands of stakeholders and of the labor market.
