Academic activity is a mandatory subject in Food Technology program at bachelor degree. The activity regularly organized with diversity contents related to many different fields of food science and technology such as: applicationnatural color in food; controlling food pollution; application of microencapsulation techniques in food production… Besides specialized activities, other domain such as agricultural learning and university start-up; self-management; opportunities or career orientations are also organized with the enthusiastic participation of a large number of students. The speakers who are expertise and success in their careers have not only disseminated specialized knowledge from practical production, but also help them access useful skills related to future careers. These activities have highly supportfor student’s development in academic capacity and professional skills which are essential for future career. In the coming time, this activity will be hold with a variety of topics in terms of the application of high technology and sustainable development in food production and consumption.
