2/ Product Specialist
Role Description
We’re seeking a highly motivated Product Specialist to join our growing team at BioTuring. You will serve as a critical bridge between users, product teams, and other departments – helping to ensure that our solutions deliver maximum value to researchers and scientists around the world.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of the product’s capabilities, workflows, and value proposition.
- Serve as the internal and external subject matter expert on product functionality and user experience, with a focus on bioinformatics, statistics, and data analytics domains.
- Lead product demonstrations, training, and user onboarding sessions for new and existing clients.
- Gather comprehensive user feedback and translate findings into actionable, prioritized insights for the Product and Engineering teams.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, engineer and commercial) to support product launches, documentation, and continuous improvement.
- Create well-structured and detailed technical documentation for internal teams and end-users.
- Lead quality assurance (QA) activities, including issue tracking and feature validation, throughout the product development and update lifecycle.
- Contribute to the development of the product roadmap based on user needs, market trends, and technical feasibility.
- Stay up-to-date on bioinformatics and statistical advancements.

Role Description
The Sales Manager will expand our pharmaceutical client base, manage a robust sales pipeline, and foster strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Drive consistent sales growth within the pharmaceutical account base, exceeding quarterly and annual targets.
- Lead and manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a robust pipeline.
- Cultivate strong, long-term client relationships to maximize lifetime account value.

International Student Exchange Program 2025
the Biotechnology and Advanced Biotechnology programs.
From August 27 to September 4, 2025, the Institute of Food and Biotechnology (IFB), Can Tho University, successfully organized an international exchange program for 14 outstanding students from the Biotechnology and Advanced Biotechnology programs. These students were selected based on their excellent academic performance during the 2024–2025 academic year. The 9-day program was held in collaboration with the School of Biotechnology, Suranaree University of Technology, Thailand. During the visit, students engaged in a variety of academic and cultural activities, including visiting the logistic process from husbandry farm, animal feed production process, milk production, the zoo of Chookchai farm, hydropogenic cultivation, fishery management, laboratory tours, academic discussions, and cultural exchanges with Thai students and faculty members. This program not only provided students with valuable international exposure but also stimulated as a strong motivation for the students to persuade their knowledge, skills, and academic orientation. The program reflects IFB’s commitment to fostering global learning opportunities and enhancing the quality of education through international collaboration.

To enhance and facilitate the collaboration in undergraduate education and student exchange program between the School of Food Industry, King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang (KMITL), Thailand and the Institute of Food and Biotechnology (IFB), Can Tho University. On 03 June, 2025, the IFB Institute welcomed a group of 12 international students from the KMITL Institute, Thailand, to conduct the international exchange program. The exchange students were studying theories of the practical laboratories with diverse activities regarding the Food technology and Post harvest technology from 03- 28 June, 2025. At the closing ceremony of the program, students received a certificate issued by the IFB Institute then the students from both institutions organized a cultural exchange activity sharing and introducing traditional dishes from Vietnam and Thailand.
