Institute of Food and Biotechnology, Can Tho University collaborated with the STEN research group from Ghent University, Belgium successfully organized the international training program. The training consisted of three modules, of which Module 2 about software workshops, hands-on exercises, and a field trip were organized physically in 5 full days, from 29 July to 2 August 2024, 2024. The training focused on sustainable development, clean technology, circularity, sustainability assessment methodologies, life cycle sustainability assessment (LCSA), and life cycle assessment (LCA) methodologies, within areas such as aquaculture, agriculture, food production, packaging.
