OFFICE OF THE INSTITUTE OF FOOD AND BIOTECHNOLOGY
1/ FUNCTIONS
The Office of the Institute serves as an advisory and assisting body for the leadership of the Institute in organizing, implementing, and managing all aspects of administrative tasks, human resources, students, finance, education and training, international cooperation, scientific research, facilities, and equipment, among others, within the School.
2/ RESPONSIBILITIES
The Office is tasked with supporting the leadership of the Institute in administrative management, information exchange, and execution of assigned duties. The Office operates as a unified body and carries out the following work groups::
1. Undergraduate and postgraduate education management
2. Student affairs
3. Scientific research, international cooperation, and project management
4. Human resources and organizational tasks
5. Documentation and communication
6. Network and website management of the unit
7. Financial management
8. Asset management
9. Quality assurance
10. General secretarial duties
