【Special Notes】
・Application forms might not be the same as those used previously. Please make sure to download the latest forms.
・All application materials must be sent to us by the exchange coordinator, not by students.
・Please read the application guidelines carefully as application qualifications and required documents vary by faculty/graduate school.
・All application documents including certificates/transcripts must be in English or Japanese Language.
・The number of nominees must be within the quota allocated for a year based on the agreement between two universities/departments.
 ・When sending us email, please use the subject lines below:

        Application： 2026Spring _application _ name of your university

We will also be closed for summer vacation from tomorrow until the 17th,
 so we will not be able to respond to emails until the 18th.
